Dandelions and wishes...everywhere!
INSPO QUOTE GOES HERE

Dandelion paparazzi photo sold to horticultural tabloid, circa my last walk.
THE MAGIC OF CHILDHOOD WISHES
When I was a kid, making wishes was my introduction to the concept of the supernatural. It started with letters to Santa listing what I wanted under the Christmas tree. Then it progressed to leaving a tooth out for the Tooth Fairy, and hoping it wouldn’t shortchange me in big silver coins under my pillow.
Trading teeth and good deeds with the Tooth Fairy and Santa, seemed like a very slow wish-forex exchange system. Birthdays, you could bank on them sometimes. Good grades, you worked hard and got a few non-transferable gold stars (yay, I guess). Well then, what else was there? Clovers!
You might say that four-leaf clovers were the crypto of the day, with debates around value and scarcity (not exactly using those big words). I got into them for about a week. I just wasn’t fully sold on the idea because every single one I found had only three leaves. So clearly someone had stolen all the four-leaf clovers the night before, and left the three-leaf clovers behind. Yep, I cashed out of that game very quickly.

DANDELIONS EVERYWHERE
And then, there were dandelions. Those who go to quiz night call them “Taraxacum”, which kind of sounds like a brand of allergy medication. Those folks who signed up for French class refer to them as “dent de lion” (Lion's Tooth).
The great thing about these natural cotton puffballs was that they were everywhere. These non-combustible sparklers were magical: just pick one, make a wish, and blow! Their seeds defied time and gravity, drifting slowly in the breeze to who knows where.
If you spotted a busy patch of dandelions in the garden while playing tag, you could run through them and see an explosion of confetti. Plenty more where those came from.
They were resilient, and even the bees seemed to like them. The old ones would grow back with friends, and there'd be new ones in other places around the garden. Some dandelions even made it past the fence and found enough prime real estate in the cracks of the pavement to grow. Why anyone would call them weeds was beyond me.
SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE…
One of my last encounters with dandelions didn't go so great. I saw it was an ingredient in a herbal tea I hadn’t tried yet. I bought it and found myself with itchy eyes after the first cup. Turns out I’m allergic to it. Nature has an ironic sense of humor, right?
SYMPTOMS OF NOSTALGIA MAY BECOME PERMANENT
Bad tea aside, dandelions still seem to have some sort of ubiquitous “live, laugh, love” appeal out there in meme land. Perhaps they might even provide us with a gentle reminder to touch grass, get some sunlight, and see if the kid inside us all still remembers how to run for the sake of fun and feeling alive.

A LITTLE MUSICAL INSPIRATION
Why “Inspo_Quote_Goes_Here” you ask? My answer lies in the aforementioned memes, and the premise that we should start authoring our own positive affirmations. The placeholder text styling in the t-shirt design is a reminder of that.
And there is a little inspiration from an album title. That album being Deadmau5's legendary 2012 release “> album title goes here <”, featuring EDM classics with streams in the millions, like “The Veldt” and “Professional Griefers”.
So, next time you're looking for inspiration, look no further than the dandelions in the nearest patch of grass, or maybe look within yourself!
